We require a credit card on file when reserving an appointment in the salon or by calling the salon. When booking online through our website we require a 50% deposit. Don't worry Chase Credit Services keep everything very safe and secure.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that in the event you must cancel or change your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Less then 24 hour we will charge you 50% of the service and 17% gratuity. If there is a NO SHOW we will charge the full cost of the appointment and 17% gratuity. 

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.

We want everyone to be in love with there hair. We are all artist and human so sometimes we don't get it completely right. We have a 14 day adjustment policy for you to come in for any additional work. Please call the salon with any concerns.
